Vegan Strawberry Chocolate Mint Smoothie
This thick and creamy strawberry chocolate mint smoothie is naturally vegan and made with juicy strawberries, cocoa and fresh mint.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- ⅔ cup coconut milk Thai style, full fat
- 2 tablespoons Flax Seed (ground or whole)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons mint fresh
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Divide between two glasses.
