Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Flax Seed
  • 2 inch piece ginger (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ice (to thicken)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Add ice to thicken until you've reached desired consistency.

Notes

  • If you’re using frozen fruit you may need to add a little water before blending.
