Ingredients
- 1 lb Beyond beef
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce use tamari for gluten-free, 30 mL
- 2 Tbsp lime juice 30 mL
- 1 tsp each chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
- Stir: In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients.
- Cook: Trasnfer to a nonstick skilet (if not using nonstick, heat a splash of oil in the pan first). Cook over medium/high, stirring occassionally until browned.

Notes
- Fridge: Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Let it cool before sealing.
- Freezer: Freeze in a sealed bag or container for up to 3 months. Flatten for easy thawing.
- Reheat: Warm in a skillet with a splash of water, microwave in 30-second bursts, or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes for crispy bits. Pro Tip: Add a splash of lime juice or salsa if it needs extra moisture!
