Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ cup whole or coconut milk or more for a thinner smoothie
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk or to taste
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, ice cubes, and milk (whole milk or dairy-free alternative) into the blender.
- Secure the blender lid and blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Taste the smoothie and add more condensed milk if desired for extra sweetness, blending again to combine.
- Serve. Pour the avocado smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
