Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup whole or coconut milk or more for a thinner smoothie
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk or to taste
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, ice cubes, and milk (whole milk or dairy-free alternative) into the blender.
  3. Secure the blender lid and blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Taste the smoothie and add more condensed milk if desired for extra sweetness, blending again to combine.
  4. Serve. Pour the avocado smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
