Ingredients
- 1 lb low-fat cottage cheese one tub or 16 ounce
- 2¼ Cup almond flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup protein powder vanilla-flavored
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a blender, add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the blended cottage cheese into a large bowl or dish.
- Next, add the protein powder and almond flour over the blended cottage cheese. Using a spatula mix well to combine.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and gently mix again to combine. Serve and enjoy as is or with crackers.

- you can store whatever you do not use in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
