Viral High Protein Cottage Cheese Wrap
This recipe creates a high-protein wrap by blending cottage cheese with eggs and optional seasonings, then baking the mixture into a pliable flatbread. Once cooled, it can be filled with desired fillings and enjoyed as a low-carb alternative to traditional wraps.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 egg
Optional Add ons
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a small blender add the cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings (if using).
- Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

- Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow it to cool.
- Cut in half if you can't use the entire wrap to make 2 wraps. Add whatever you like in your wrap and enjoy.
