Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • pineapple wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple chunks, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend until no large chunks remain.
  3. Pour the mixture into a fancy glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherries. Enjoy!
