Vitamin C Smoothie

This Vitamin C Smoothie blends fresh or bottled grapefruit juice with frozen banana, pineapple chunks, kale, and hemp seeds. The frozen banana contributes to the smooth, thick texture, making it a refreshing and nutrient-rich beverage option.
