Vitamix Hot Chocolate

This hot chocolate uses whole milk, semisweet chocolate chips, instant espresso powder, vanilla, and cinnamon blended in a high-powered blender. Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk whole
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Add milk, chocolate chips, espresso powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to your Vitamix or another high powered blender.
  2. Blend on high for 4 minutes until the hot chocolate is totally combined and steaming hot.
  3. If desired, top with whipped cream and an extra dash of cinnamon.

Notes

  • Instant coffee can replace instant espresso powder if unavailable, yielding a similar flavor profile.
