Make this gorgeous and refreshing rosé wine Vodka Cocktail in less than 5 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
- 2 large fresh mint leaves
- 3-5 fresh raspberries
- 1 ½ ounces (44ml) vodka
- ½ cup (120ml) sparkling rosé or enough to fill the glasses

Instructions
- Add jam, vodka, fresh berries and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker or mason jar.
- Using a muddler or wooden spoon, combine until the berries are broken up. This typically takes 15 seconds or so.
- Strain the muddled berries and vodka mixture through a mesh sieve into two glasses, pushing out all the juice out for maximum flavor.
- Fill the glasses with Rosé and add fresh berries and mint to garnish.
Notes
- No sparkling rosé? No problem! Just use a 50/50 mixture of club soda and regular rosé.
- When muddling the berries and mint, be gentle yet thorough. The goal is to release the flavors without turning the mixture into a pulp. About 15 seconds of muddling should suffice.
- Choose your favorite vodka and rosé brand to really make this cocktail special.
- Chill or freeze your garnishes to keep your cocktail colder longer.
- For maximum full flavor, mix your drink right when you're ready to serve.
