Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened

Instructions
Step No.1: Preheat the Waffle Iron
- Set your waffle iron to medium heat and lightly grease it with non-stick spray.
Step No.2: Cream the Butter and Sugar
- In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Step No.3: Add Wet Ingredients
- Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Step No.4: Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Step No.5: Make the Dough
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
Step No.6: Cook in the Waffle Iron
- Drop 1 tablespoon of dough onto each section of the preheated waffle iron. Close and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step No.7: Cool & Serve
