Waffle Fry Nachos

Waffle fries are smothered with nacho toppings for a unique and delicious appetizer, snack or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 20 ounce bag of Alexia Seasoned Waffle Cut Fries
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup prepared fresh pico de gallo excess liquid drained off
  • 1 medium avocado peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
  2. Place the waffle fries in a single layer on the pan. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the waffle fries with cheese. Place the pan back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  4. Take the pan out of the oven and transfer the fries to a serving plate. Top with pico de gallo, avocado, olives and sour cream. Serve immediately.
