Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups warm milk
  • ⅓ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  1. Preheat the waffle iron to the desired temperature.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk, butter, and vanilla and stir to combine.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour ¾ cup batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden.

  • Triple the dry ingredients and keep it in an airtight container in the pantry. When making waffles use 2⅛ cups of the mix and combine it with the wet ingredient listed on the recipe card.

  • For fluffy waffles don't overmix the batter. Mix the wet and dry ingredients just until they are combined; a few lumps are perfectly fine.
