Ingredients

  • 2 pounds salmon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Lay the 2 pounds salmon skin side down on the prepared pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl whisk 2 tablespoons maple syrup and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture evenly on top of the salmon.
  4. Press the 1 cup chopped walnuts onto the top of the salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is lightly browned and flakes easily.
