Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4-5 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 -3 tablespoons prepared wasabi paste or wasabi powder (see notes)
Instructions
- Gather up all the ingredients.
- Add all the ingredients to a small bowl.
- Use a fork or whisk to mix everything up.
- When the sauce is ready, store in a container in the refrigerator.
- Serve it up as a spread for sandwiches or dip for veggies.

- Notes: If you don't have the paste, you can use wasabi powder instead. Mix together 2 teaspoons wasabi powder with ½ teaspoon oil and ½ teaspoon water for 1 tablespoon paste.

- The recipe makes 1 cup and the serving size is 2 tablespoons.
