Ingredients

  • ½ medium sized seedless watermelon cut into chunks
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey
  • Ice for serving
  • Mint for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix watermelon chunks in the blender until pureed.
  2. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  3. Add lime juice and honey to taste.
  4. Serve cold over ice. (very cold)
  5. Garnish with mint.
