Watermelon and Cucumber Juice

This easy Watermelon and Cucumber Juice only takes 5 minutes to make and is loaded with healthy vitamins and nutrients for a delicious and refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 lime
  • 1 sprig mint

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Use a knife and cutting board to cut the cucumber into long, thin pieces. Cut the rind off of the lime, and pick the mint leaves off of the sprig.
  2. Process the watermelon, cucumber, lime and mint through a juicer. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving if you prefer your juice cold.

Notes

  • Alternatively, to make this juice without a juicer puree everything in a blender and then strain the juice through a mesh sieve or mesh strainer.
