Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon seeded and cut into cubes
- ½ cup Mango cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
- black salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper crushed
- 1 tablespoon Coriander chopped, fresh
- seeds optional, few, of choice
- nuts optional, few, of choice
Instructions
- Put watermelon and mango cubes in a bowl.
- Add freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Season with salt and crushed pepper.
- Add chopped coriander/cilantro.
- Toss everything together to combine.
- Check the seasoning. Add more if required.
