Ingredients
- 1 cup farro dry
- 4 cups arugula
- 2 cups watermelon cubed
- 4 oz feta cheese cubed
Champagne Vinegar Dijon Dressing
- 1 Tablespoon champagne vinegar
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon honey

Instructions
