- 3 cups fresh watermelon cubed
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 liter lemon lime soda
- 1.5 quart lime sherbet
Instructions
- Add the watermelon and mint to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, then transfer to a large pitcher.
- Add the lemon lime soda to the pitcher slowly.
- Add a scoop of sherbet to a half pint mason jar or small bowl, then pour the watermelon soda over the sherbet and serve.
