Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar or sugar to taste
- 3 lbs (1.35kg) watermelon seeded and cut into chunks
- 2-3 cups ice
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the lime juice and agave nectar, and stir until well mixed. Blend and purée the watermelon in a blender, then strain the watermelon juice, discarding the residue.
- Add the watermelon juice, ice, and lime wedges to the pitcher. Stir to combine well and serve cold.
