Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package Watermelon Gelatin pink color
  • 2/3 cup tequila
  • 1/3 cup Margarita Mix liquid
  • coarse salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Boil 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Stir in watermelon gelatin powder until dissolved.
  2. Stir in tequila and margarita mix.
  3. Allow to cool for a few minutes (so it’s not hot enough to melt the cups) then pour the jello shot mixture into your plastic condiment cups. Chill in fridge for 2-4 hours.
  4. When jello shots have completely set, dip the rims in simple syrup or corn syrup and then the salt so the rims are salted like a margarita glass.
  5. Serve with small lime wedges on the cups, just like a margarita.
