Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package Watermelon Gelatin pink color
- 2/3 cup tequila
- 1/3 cup Margarita Mix liquid
- coarse salt
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Stir in watermelon gelatin powder until dissolved.
- Stir in tequila and margarita mix.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes (so it’s not hot enough to melt the cups) then pour the jello shot mixture into your plastic condiment cups. Chill in fridge for 2-4 hours.
- When jello shots have completely set, dip the rims in simple syrup or corn syrup and then the salt so the rims are salted like a margarita glass.
- Serve with small lime wedges on the cups, just like a margarita.
