Watermelon Mojito

This Watermelon Mojito is a super refreshing take on a classic cocktail. Kick back, relax, and sip slowly!

Ingredients

  • 1 large lime cut into 8 segments
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 2 ounces simple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup watermelon diced
  • 3 ounces white rum
  • club soda to top it off
  • ice for servings

Instructions

  1. Divide the lime segments and mint leaves between two highball glasses. Use a muddler to muddle until the limes and mint break down and release their flavors.
  2. Divide the syrup and watermelon between both glasses and muddle again.
  3. Divide the rum between both glasses, add a few ice cubes and top if off with the club soda. Stir and sip!
