Watermelon Popsicles

These Watermelon Popsicles are a refreshing frozen treat to cool you down. So easy to make, and a healthier alternative to store-bought ice cream and popsicles.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups watermelon seeded and cubed
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • honey or agave syrup optional for sweeter popsicles

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add watermelon and apple juice to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours
  3. Run hot water over the mold to release the popsicles
