These Watermelon Popsicles are a refreshing frozen treat to cool you down. So easy to make, and a healthier alternative to store-bought ice cream and popsicles.

Ingredients
- 5 cups watermelon seeded and cubed
- ½ cup apple juice
- honey or agave syrup optional for sweeter popsicles
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Add watermelon and apple juice to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours
- Run hot water over the mold to release the popsicles
