Ingredients

  • 8 cups watermelon cubes frozen
  • 2 cups Ginger Ale Soda
  • 2 whole limes juiced, about 1/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a blender, add in frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, ginger ale and sugar.
  2. Blend on high until smooth
  3. Pour in glass and serve with a wedge of lime!

Notes

  • Place your cubed watermelon in a single layer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer. Once frozen, remove cubed watermelon and place into a ziplock bag before then returning back to the freezer. Cut watermelon stored in the freezer should last for up to 3 months.
  • You will need to add in approximately 1-2 cups of ice cubes to your mix and double the sugar and lime juice to prevent the slushy's flavor from being diluted.
