Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, or milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • ice, if needed to thicken

Instructions

  1. Add the watermelon, strawberries, coconut milk, lime juice, honey, and ice together in a high-powered blender.
  2. Taste and add more honey if needed. Depending on how sweet your fruit is will depend on how much honey you add.
  3. I like to cut and freeze my watermelon ahead of time to make the smoothie a little thicker, but you can add ice to make it thicker if you prefer.
  4. Divide into two glasses and enjoy!!
