Ingredients

  • 1 bag Mission Organics® Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 3 avocados peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 small jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend, scraping down the sides as necessary, until creamy and smooth.
