Whipped Basil Feta Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz feta cheese crumbles or block
- 8 oz cream cheese I used nuefatchel- reduced fat, softened
- ½ cup basil leaves rinsed and dried, tightly packed
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 TBS white wine cooking wine or regular wine, or can be omitted
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Notes
- When serving the dip, it is best at room temperature so remove from fridge a bit before serving.
