Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbles or block
  • 8 oz cream cheese I used nuefatchel- reduced fat, softened
  • ½ cup basil leaves rinsed and dried, tightly packed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 TBS white wine cooking wine or regular wine, or can be omitted
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Notes

  • When serving the dip, it is best at room temperature so remove from fridge a bit before serving.
