Whipped Coffee (Dalgona Coffee)
Whipped Coffee, also known as Dalgona Coffee, is a creamy frothy beverage made by vigorously whisking instant coffee, sugar, and boiling water until light and fluffy, then spooning it atop iced milk. The whipped topping has a smooth, airy texture with a bold coffee flavor balanced by the sweetness, which contrasts with the chilled milk below. It's a visually appealing and texturally interesting coffee drink that can be customized with different sweeteners and types of milk.
