Whipped Cottage Cheese

This whipped cottage cheese dip comes together in about 5 minutes with only one ingredient. It's creamy, tangy, packed with protein and delicious served as an appetizer or snack with pita chips and fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz cottage cheese I used Good Culture 4%, full-fat, container
  • extra virgin olive oil for serving, optional
  • black pepper for serving, optional, fresh, cracked

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add cottage cheese to a food processor.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 1-2 minutes). You might have to stop a few times to scrape the sides down.
  3. Scoop whipped cottage cheese into a shallow bowl or on a small plate and top with a drizzle of olive oil and a crack of fresh black pepper, if desired. Serve immediately with pita chips and fresh veggies.
