- 2 cups cottage cheese 400g
- 1 cup Fresh fruit I used strawberries, blueberries and grapes
- 1-2 teaspoons honey optional
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor, or a deep container with an immersion blender. Blend on high speed for a minute or two until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Divide the whipped cottage cheese between bowls and top with fresh fruit, then drizzle with honey, if using.
