  • 1 cup Fresh fruit I used strawberries, blueberries and grapes
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey optional

  1. Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor, or a deep container with an immersion blender. Blend on high speed for a minute or two until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Divide the whipped cottage cheese between bowls and top with fresh fruit, then drizzle with honey, if using.

  • Use full-fat cottage cheese for the creamiest result.
  • A food processor works best for smooth consistency, but a high-powered blender or immersion blender also does the job.
