Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove smashed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, place the cottage cheese, olive oil, garlic, dill, chives, lemon juice and salt. Blend until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Serve in a bowl along with fresh cut vegetables.
