Ingredients

  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt low fat or whole milk, plain
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill dried
  • salt kosher salt; freshly ground; to taste
  • black pepper kosher salt; freshly ground; to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl 1-2 times to ensure everything is combined. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed.
  2. Top with additional crumbled feta and fresh dill if desired. Serve cold with veggies, crackers, pita, shrimp, or chicken.
