Whipped Hot Chocolate

Whipped Hot Chocolate creates a rich, creamy drink by combining sweetened whipped cream flavored with hot chocolate mix and powdered sugar, spooned or piped atop warm milk. The whipped topping offers a light, fluffy texture that contrasts with the smooth hot milk beneath. This preparation can be served hot or chilled over ice, making it versatile for different preferences and seasons.

  2. Warm the milk in the microwave until hot. (Warm works fine for kids.) Add 1/2 cup of milk to each glass.

Notes

  • Chocolate milk can be used in place of plain milk for a richer hot chocolate.
  • For dairy allergies, coconut milk works best as the base milk substitute for creaminess.
  • Whipped coconut milk can replace heavy cream for a dairy-free whipped topping alternative.
