Whipped Ricotta With Honey

This lemon honey whipped ricotta comes together easily in 10 minutes or less! Perfect as a dip or a spread, this whipped ricotta is so delightfully fluffy and creamy, and is always a crowd-pleaser. Ingredients

  • 475 grams whole milk ricotta (2 cups, 1 tub)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1½ tablespoon honey plus more for garnish
  • 1½ teaspoon lemon zest plus more for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • fresh thyme garnish
  • pepper garnish

Instructions

  1. Add ricotta cheese, olive oil, honey, salt, and lemon zest to a food processor. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with additional honey (as much or as little as you’d prefer), lemon zest, fresh thyme, and freshly cracked pepper.
