Ingredients
- 475 grams whole milk ricotta (2 cups, 1 tub)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1½ tablespoon honey plus more for garnish
- 1½ teaspoon lemon zest plus more for garnish
- ½ teaspoon salt
- fresh thyme garnish
- pepper garnish

Instructions
- Add ricotta cheese, olive oil, honey, salt, and lemon zest to a food processor. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
