Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 11 ounces package of White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until creamy and light.
- Beat in the egg and the vanilla thoroughly.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients, then add to the wet.
- Mix in the white chocolate chips by hand.
- Drop by tablespoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake them in a 350 degree oven for 8-11 minutes, until the edges look baked and firm but they aren't over baked.
- Remove and cool on the sheets.
