White Chocolate Cornflake Cakes

No-bake Cornflake cakes with white chocolate- a fun twist on a classic treat.

Ingredients

  • 450 g white chocolate (16oz)
  • 100 g cornflakes (3.5oz)
To top:
  • 4-5 Tablespoons Sprinkles

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Line a muffin or cupcake tin with 12 cupcake cases.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat on the stove.
  3. Once the chocolate has fully melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the Cornflakes. Make sure they are all evenly coated with the chocolate.
  4. Divide the mixture equally between your cupcake cases.
  5. Top with sprinkles or any other edible decorations that you like.
  6. Pop the cakes in the fridge for around 2 hours to set then enjoy!

Notes

  • Store the cakes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
