White Chocolate Rocky Road

Ingredients

  • 280 grams marshmallows
  • 200 grams lolly snakes
  • ½ cup rice bubbles
  • 45 grams plain biscuits
  • 45 grams fruit tingle lollies
  • 540 grams white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare a slice tin (about 28 x 18cm) by lining with baking paper.
  2. Chop marshmallows in half and snakes into small pieces and add to mixing bowl.
  3. Crush biscuits and fruit tingles and add to mixing bowl.
  4. Add rice bubbles to mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  5. Melt chocolate by placing in microwave for 20 second bursts and stirring between each burst until chocolate is melted.
  6. Pour chocolate over ingredients in bowl and stir until everything is completely coated in chocolate.
  7. Pour mixture into tin and spread out to edges and flatten with a metal spoon.
  8. Cut into squares once set.
