White Truffle Aioli Recipe

This white truffle aioli recipe may taste fancy, but it's super easy to make. It's a rich, creamy sauce that's perfect with so many dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup white truffle oil
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  2. In a bowl add mayo, sour cream, truffle oil, garlic, lemon zest. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Whisk until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate in a sealed or covered container until needed. At least an hour.
  5. Serve and enjoy every spoonful.

Notes

  • If you're making this ahead of time, use a bit less garlic as the garlic flavor intensifies over time.
  • There aren't many ingredients, but be sure you mix it thoroughly nonetheless so you don't end up with blobs of garlic.
