Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 11 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard and garlic in a medium bowl.
  2. While whisking vigorously, slowly pour in the oil until the mixture emulsifies.
  3. Season to taste with salt.
  4. Pour on everything!
