Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 tbsp wild blueberries
  • 1 lemon juice and if you wish the zest
  • extra extra water if needed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all the ingredients. Put in the fridge foor about 4 hours or overnight.
  2. If the pudding is too thick, add some extra water. This may depend on how much juice came with the blueberries.
  3. Divide the pudding over 2 glasses.
