Ingredients
- 1 cup wild rice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 cups water
Instructions

- Cover and reduce heat to a simmer, cooking for 50-55 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, let sit covered for 5 minutes then remove the cover, drain any remaining water and serve.
