Kleurrijke chiapudding gemaakt met wilde bosbessen en cranberrysap. Gegarneerd met mangopuree en gedroogde cranberries.

  • 6 el wilde bosbessen
  • 1 Mango
  • 4 el cranberrysap
  • 1 handje gedroogde cranberries
  • 4 el chiazaad
  • 2 el kokosbloesemsuiker

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Meng alle ingrediënten voor de blauwe bessen/cranberry laag. Zet ongeveer 4 uur of een nacht in de koelkast.
  2. Verdeel de pudding over 2 glaasjes.
  3. Pureer de mango en verdeel over de pudding.
  4. Garneer met de gedroogde cranberries.
