Kleurrijke chiapudding gemaakt met wilde bosbessen en cranberrysap. Gegarneerd met mangopuree en gedroogde cranberries.

- 6 6 el wilde bosbessen
- 1 1 Mango
- 4 4 el cranberrysap
- 1 1 handje gedroogde cranberries
- 4 4 el chiazaad
- 2 2 el kokosbloesemsuiker

Instructions
- Meng alle ingrediënten voor de blauwe bessen/cranberry laag. Zet ongeveer 4 uur of een nacht in de koelkast.
- Verdeel de pudding over 2 glaasjes.
- Pureer de mango en verdeel over de pudding.
- Garneer met de gedroogde cranberries.
