Winter Fruit Salad

Winter Fruit Salad combines pineapple, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and pomegranate arils tossed in a lemon juice and honey dressing with poppy seeds. The mix offers a fresh, sweet-tart balance with juicy and textured fruits that reflect seasonal vibrancy. The poppy seed dressing adds subtle crunch and a mild nutty flavor, enhancing the fruit's brightness. It can be garnished with fresh mint for an added aromatic touch, suitable for a light dessert or side dish during colder months.
