Yogurt Parfait

Our 5-minute yogurt parfait is fresh and creamy, filled with berries, and topped with crunchy granola - a perfect breakfast or healthy treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 4 cups vanilla yogurt, or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Dice strawberries into smaller pieces.
  2. Layer yogurt in 4 cups beginning with ½ cup yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, a few spoonfuls of chopped strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
  3. Repeat layers one more time and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Prep ahead. The strawberries can be diced the day before and stored in the fridge. Assemble and keep stored in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. 
  • Leftovers can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. The berries and granola will soften but they are still edible and delicious.

  • Use 8-ounce clear glass or plastic cups to show off the layers, but any cup can be used.
  • Choose fruits that are in season—not only are they fresh, but cost-effective. 
  • When we have time we love making homemade granola, otherwise use granola from the grocery store.
  • You can use regular yogurt, Greek yogurt, low-fat, full-fat, organic, and various flavors. There is no wrong choice!
